1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the payment is successfully received.
- Orders placed after 3 PM (GMT) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, along with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic & International): Delivery times range from 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic & International): Delivery times range from 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping (Domestic & International): Delivery is typically completed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order.
3. International Shipping
- We proudly offer international shipping to most countries, including the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and more.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary and can take between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Xextensions.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer delivery times.
- If your address is located in a restricted area, we will contact you to resolve any shipping issues before processing your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment is dispatched.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as:

- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Missing Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please track your package using the tracking number provided. If you cannot locate your package, contact us, and we will help initiate an investigation with the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
It is essential that you provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Xextensions is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
9. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order, but please note that once the shipping process has started, cancellation may not be possible.
